System of air preparation
The majority of modern enterprises need clean and dry compressed air.
Especially in food industry, health protection, package production – quality of air plays a great role.
Compressed air, polluted with dust particles, oil remains and condensate, can damage severely the expensive technological equipment. Coming into contact with the production you make, it makes the quality of production worse.
Our specialization is also providing clients with consultations and choosing equipment in accordance to the assigned standards.
Applying to us you will receive irrefragable information about requirements to clearness of the air on production. Our experts will choose necessary filters and other additional tools for connecting the system of compressed air and securing the quality.
ATTENTION!
I.S.I. Pneumatic strongly recommends not to save on equipment for air treatment, because as a consequence you may face the fact that the quality of final product and repair of equipment will give you a lot of trouble and additional costs!
Compressed air pollution standards.
According to all-Union State Standard 17433-80 to be regulated:
the size of particulate pollutant (d,mkm), content of foreign particles (Ñ) and drop oil fraction (Oil) and water (W), measurable in mg/m3, dew point of water steam.

For classes 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11,13 dew point of water steam – lower than minimal operating temperature not less than on 10 Ê.
For classes 2,4,6,8,10,12,14 dew point of water steam is not regulated.
*- value of present parameter is not regulated.
Example of record: “air Cl. 7 all-Union State Standard 17433-80”.
According to ISO 8573.1 they differ:
classes in maximal size d (mkm) and concentration C (mg/m³) of particles, dew point of water steam T (ºC) and maximal oil content Oil (mg/m³).
